The Flatiron District
The Flatiron District, an extremely popular and affluent neighborhood in Midtown South Manhattan was named in 1985 after the Flatiron Building (175 Fifth Avenue), a world-renowned, 21-story, 255,000 square foot Class-A office building recognized by its distinct and unique triangular shape, located at the juncture of Broadway, Fifth Avenue, and 23rd Street.
