ABOUT THE BUILDING
A beautiful corner Art Deco style office building originally built in 1932. Building ownership has recently completed a $14 million capital improvement program, which included upgrades to the buildings telecom infrastructure, elevators, tenant service programs, amenities, security and life safety systems, modern artwork in common space and restoration of the Art Deco lobby to its original elegance.
ABOUT THE SPACES
The exterior architecture of the building was carefully designed with staggered set-backs to allow for maximum light and air into each of the floors. Each space has at least 2 to 3 full lines of oversized windows with a steady flow of natural light throughout the day. The office spaces available for lease all have their own special characteristics, ranging from outdoor space on the private terraces, stunning river views, sweeping views of the cityscape, including views of the New York Stock Exchange.
The interiors of each office space were specially designed to create a high quality workspace and environment for maximum productivity. The private offices, conference rooms and meeting rooms are all fitted out with full glass fronts and carbon steel trim. The pantries are equipped with the elegance of matte finished white cabinetry, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The flooring material varies throughout the building from smoothly polished concrete, hardwood, carpeting, porcelain tiled reception areas. Some of the office suites even have a mix of all materials to fit certain styles and themes within the company.
I guess you can say the possibilities are limitless – but it’s a BIG BOLD statement that in reality no one could ever truly confirm in an absolute sense – I am more comfortable telling you these office spaces are so versatile and so adaptive, that I am sure you will be happy and productive here.
