Deloitte, a financial advisory firm, has expanded its footprint at 330 Hudson Street in Hudson Square by subleasing an additional 58,110 square feet. The sublease brings the company's total square footage in the building to almost 100,000 square feet. Deloitte took over the entire fourth floor and half of the seventh floor, with a lease agreement that runs until September 2028. The asking rent in the latest transaction was in the $80s per square foot.
In 2011, Pearson had originally leased 308,000 square feet in the office building and sought a location with robust systems to last for the duration of their lease. These well-engineered systems are now benefiting Deloitte as the subtenant.
