The Maritime Exchange Building is located on 80 Broad Street, New York, NY 10004 is located on the corner of Broad Street and Stone Street. Completed in 1931, the building stands at 36 floors tall and features over 361,000 square feet in office space for rent, make it quite a sizable structure.
